  • 97+GMPP handling kit on a 96GTP??

Does anyone know if the GMPP handling kit will work on a 96GTP?
I know they list these parts for the rear ends of the 97+ but I am hoping that they work on my car so that I can start to upgrade my suspension.

    Thanks
I dont know what this means but "ASS HATS" is funny

I had no idea swaybars were included in the kit.. Either way gmpp is a waste of time, get the held products

nope, but gen 1.5 sway bar will work on a gen 1.

2nd gen lateral links will work on 1 and 1.5, but they aren't included in the kit. either go w/ BMR or HMS lateral link and trailing arm kit or just get GMPP trailing arms. the 2nd gen GMPP kit includes trailing arms, buick f-bar (STB) and upgraded F&R sway bars.

Held uses greasable polyurethane trailing arm and lateral arm bushings. Gmpp uses rubber bushings all round.

i always heard they wouldnt' work, but I know of 2 people that have done it, one being yan (the french guy) and i can't remember the other person. i think the brickyard monte one is almost 7/8", so it should be about the same as the addco. just get the inner bushings for the same car and get 7/8 greasable ES bushing kit for the outers.
