3.4 wont start...

Its got a blown headgasket but it started up a couple weeks ago. It had a bad battery that was actually restricting the current. I replaced that and now it wont start at all. It cranks but nothing its not getting spark.. I dont remember doing anything to the car since it started last.. The plugs look fine what could it be?

Aww hell, i just remembered that I hooked it up to a battery (via jumper cables) about a week ago and I accidentally put them on backwards for a few seconds... I've been told I fryed my computer.
