I've noticed that when I take my car WOT, I usually get a smell of burning oil from the heat in the vents. I am pretty sure I have the o-ring leak, so my guess would be that it is somehow leaking down onto the exhaust manifold. Another issue is when I go to start it in the morning, if I don't let it idle for 2 or 3 minutes, it will misfire and stumble really bad unless the pedal is at least 2/3 the way down. Is this a surefire way to know that your intake manifold gasket(s) are shot? My last issue is that whenever I turn on my blinker, I notice that all the lights on my gauge cluster dim and brighten, with the blinker. I have an SES light for the egr code and my ABS light is on as well. They both brighten and dim a lot with the blinkers. I don't seem to have any other issues with electrical in the car. No headlights dimming, I have a small weak system in the car, and nothing dims with the bass or anything.

W-Body Forum answer.
Long story short, it is your aux positive battery terminal. It will be getting hot and all the symptoms are exactly the same as the one in the forum post above.
