93 cutlass 3.4, tb broke, had a garage replace it now starts with a rough loping crankover, but starts idles good. But revs up terrible like a rev limiter or something , out of time? or bent valve> please help ?

Might be out of time just a tooth off or something, hard to say without more information.

Was out of time, car runs great now, new belt installed, was 180 out.
