  • PCV Valve

How do you remove a PCV valve from a '95 LQ1? It appears to be underneath the upper plenum and I don't know if I have to remove the plenum to get to it or what. I've tried to pull on it and it doesn't move at all. I know its bad because I have a little oil inside my intake hose. Thanks in advance guys.

I think you are thinking about the vent part.

If you follow that line, you will get to the PCV valve. In my 1995 Cutlass Supreme, it is located near the throttle body. You can see where it is like a big pipe leading to a small pipe.

there is a spring clamp on it. Just take the intake off, not the plenum and reach down there and pull the clamp off. Dont ruin it or it will cause lots of problems
