I need to find these REF Signals

I am installing an APEXI NEO on my 96 GTP.

I need to find these signal references for the inputs so I figured that someone here would have a quick reference for me.

Here is what I am looking for:
RPM Signal
Throttle Signal
Airflow signal

I am wondering if anyone would know on the 16PIN OBDII Connector which pin gives these three informations?

ANyone know who might know?

Only 4 pins on the OBDII are wired. All the data from the ECU comes over 1 pin via a serial bus, so you can't go there. If you can get your hands on a service manual they detail which wires do what and what you need to splice in to to get get your signals.

I have a haynes manual. I tracked down the wires but I think they are all underhood and I want to attach under the dash.

You can't. MAF and airflow signals dont run inside the car because it's not necessary. you have to splice off the wiring for the engine harness.
