Need help badly!

Ok heres the deal in the last two days I have done the following to my car...

Replaced upper and lower intake gaskets, replaced oil distribution cover gasket, replaced stock thermostat with the 160* one. I found four injectors that looked like they were plugged with some kind of gasket maker gooey crap (some chick dumped dex-cool into my gas with sugar).. I replaced those, I attached my cold air intake. I did an oil change and noticed that the oil was feul and anti freeze free. I changed the plugs back to the stock ac delco ones. Here's the delima.

When I drive my car the heat gauge stays just over the first notch. When I slow down or stop it not immeadiately but rather quickly climbs to half way between the third and the final mark (overheat)... the engine is unbearable to touch. I bled the cooling system correctly, I think... can somebody please list for me exactly how to bleed the cooling system on the z34. Its ripping me apart inside not knowing whats going on here.

When I had cap off (bleeding) tiny little bubbles would come to the top every so often, whats the deal?

1. Ditch the 160 thermostat and put the right one back in.

2. Did you bleed the air out of the cooling system using the two tiny bleeder valves on the right side of the engine compartment?

I opened the upper one and coolant started pissing out right away.

also a good thing to do is if u need to add fluid or whatnot is to open them be4 you add fluid and usually it will push most of the air out then(you can hear it sometimes).

start the car, loosen the screws up enough for the coolant to dribble out and if there is air present it will blow little bubbles. after that stops and all you see is dribbling fluid for the most part you are ok.

also i hope you have replaced your fuel filter.

on the colder stat. unless your ecu is setup properly, it is counter-productive b/c the ecu will constantly fight it to bring your car up to temp which i believe will give you a rich condition resulting in lower fuel economy.

to fix the ecu I just bring it by the dealer and ask them to tell my car to accept the new stat? The feul filter is fairly new.

I highly recommend putting the 180* stat back in for the reason listed above.

I don't understand why anybody would want to run a 160* stat in this engine, it doesn't like them.

If your ECM is programmed for the 160*, then you car will like them.

My 1988 Cutlass Supreme LOVED the 160*, but I also had a custom chip that could handle it. I NEEDED the 160* because of the high compression of my custom build.
