I put my lower intake back on and noticed there is a hole that I'm figuring a bolt goes in. I was very carefull to lable and put bolts in a bag when removing intake. Now I'm not sure if there is suppose to be a bolt there or not. Heres' a few pics. Thanks.

Those look like the bolt holes (another is hidden under the UIM) for installing the LIM. A bolt goes thru the holes into threaded holes in the block and when tightened pull the LIM into place,,, so it's easier to line up the LIM holddown bolts. If I recall a couple of UIM bolts with sockets for spacers worked for mee!
After the LIM is installed the bolts come out.
In your case,,, if everything is lined up and nothing is leaking you should be set...
Hope that helps,,,,

Yep, those are called alignment bolt holes. There is two of them and they help set the intake for a perfect seal. they cost me $13 a piece from gm. They are very important.

Does anyone know the part number for these bolts? My car doesn't have them at all and coolant is dissapearing. I called the local dealership and I got two different part numbers.
10127502 and 10065578. The second PN is 14.52 from gmpartsdirect, so I think that's it, but I really dont know for sure.

If you want the specs, I can give them to you. You can buy the bolts and washers at any parts store.

I say go ahead and post the specs. Not sure if I'll need them on my 3.4L F-Body, but it wouldn't hurt to know. I need to do my gasket soon.
