Issue with Windows - 95 Olds Cutty Rag 3.4

So there is a problem with my power windows.

From the drivers side, all windows roll up and down.

The rear passenger (both sides) and the front passenger do not work.

When I try to roll down the passenger window(any) from the driver side, and then at the same time press the passenger side switch, the window stops, until i let go of the passenger switch. (hope that made sense)

So what can it be ? I dont think the motors can be shot, as the windows work when using the driver side switch.

I think it has to be somthing common...but dont know what.

Any suggestions welcome.
