I think you have to modify the A/C bypass pulley to get it to fit right.

Make sure your idler pulley is lined up with the other pulleys...

how do verify that the pulleys line up?

my new ider pulley looks like it lined up but when i put the belt on it ran off by one groove of the belt. there's no way to shim the bracket.
