I was wondering if anybody knew what cars came with a manual 3.4 dohc. I'm driving a Fiero right now, and in a couple few years after I finish school I want to do a 3.4 swap into it. My fiero isn't going to be driven that whole time, and I want to purchase a 3.4 dohc manual car. This will help when it comes time to do the swap because I'll already have my engine and tranny I need. I'm really sick of driving autos, so boring. So anybody with any info, please help me out.

early 90's grand prix's will have the HM284/3.4 DOHC
Last i heard the HM284 dosen't have much of an aftermarket for clutches...
I'd find an HM282 from 90/91 V6 Cavalier or Beretta, pull the bellhousing and stick it on a Quad 4 HO Muncie... the DOHC should love that gearing.

the combo you are looking for was present in 91-93 wbodies. i.e. lumi z34, gp gtp and cutlass supremes i think. they have a few companies that make aftermarket clutches and pressure plate. and the 88 fiero version 282 neutrally balanced flywheel will interchange with it.The Official Rotating Mass Nazi
