  • Smoking exhaust and pcv issue.

I have been having a smoking problem with my 1992 lumina euro 3.4 twin dual cam v6 and i have found the problem.
I know that smoking issues can be caused by a faulty pcv valve so i checked it out and found out that there is no pcv valve on my engine as in sombody took it off and just connected the hose back to the throttle body without the pcv valve.
So i disconnected the hose from the tb and plugged the port with a bolt and after i drove it around some it stopped smoking unfortunately i can not leave the pcv line disconected.
What i need is a closeup photo of the pcv valve and hoses as i can not seem to find the photos i need of the pcv setup in my chilton book or on the internet so if someone could post some photos i would really appeciate that so i can get my car back together properly. Thanks the road warrior!
I love it when a plan comes together!

theres just a tiny piece of hose from the pcv valve to the TB and thats it. not complicated at all.

Does the small end of the pcv valve conect to the tb and the big end connect to the plastic pcv line?
