Got mine today. Gotta say, it certainly looks good. The cuts were very clean and smooth by any standard. Your machinist, though it took a while to get to it, did a *very* good job. Now, if only my engine wasn't on the other side of the country, I'd like to fit it, and see how it looks in place.

Certainly worth the price, I couldn't have done a better job myself. It would have taken me much more effort then the price of yours would have justified. The flat pack held up ok in shipping, but I did have one edge poking out a bit when I got it.

i hope it is ok. he has standard packaging with the 1/8 cover at his request even though i recommended the wood. turned out to be only 1 dollar more. go figure.

Test fitted it tonight. Fits PERFECT!! Will post a pic in the morning.

The 1/4 thick covers may have a clearance issue with the p/s pulley. May have to take a little off were the P/S pulley passes over cover. Or run the P/S pulley .010 ~.030 farther out on the pump shaft.

god damn that cover of yours looks nice. i just looked at a pic of the excess area that i noted on arrival. the pws "hump" as i call it is within tolerance and probably will not even need to be grinded down as i originally thought.

jason(even though he took his time) didn't let me down again it seems. i will probably stick with the guy even though he does take his time for future stuff.

only exception will be the 1/4 guys it seems but i gave plenty of warning be4 i took the orders.

it may be ok though b/c your id was 3/16 which is only 1/16 off from 1/4. one of you 1/4 guys has to bolt it on and lmk.
