hard shift

is it just the nature of the car to shift kinda of hard when going through the gears because mine dosnt seem very smooth like other gm v6's ive been in.

Normal driving or going WOT (Wide Open Throttle) ?

normal or about 2/3 throttle. it does it mostly going into second.

Hey I just came across this post. My friend said his tranny was shifting hard and thought his tranny was on its way out. Just out of curiosity I decided to check his mount. Sure enough that was it. Shifts just fine now. They are cheap and really easy to change. Only took me about 30 min to change. Just pull off the front D/S tire remove the splash guard and your looking at it.
