94 dohc 5spd cars

i have ran into 2 peeps now telling me 5spds didn't come in 94's but i could have sworn i have seen some on here and seen a production run number of 1500.

was i seeing things or what?

Smoking something is more like it:P They are 91-93 only. People have done the swap but thats the only way the 94 has a 5 speed.

i thought that theres was a few 94 lumina z34's made? Did they convert the luminas to the OBD1.5 as well, or were they still the earlier version ECM. If they were the earlier version still there might have been a few five speeds...?

I have been researching this for years, so i can find out how rare my car is. from what i have found out over the years is that there was only 500 5 speeds made per year, thats all the car put together, most dealerships could not get one because you had to be a "special" dealer to get one. so they only made the 5 speed cars from 91 to 93 so there is a total of 1500 5 speed/3.4L DOHC combos out there(original of course) so i got deeper in to it and found out that there was something like 52 GTPs with 5speeds in 91. now this is the information i collected from the internet/dealerships/sales people/gm/and a few other sources. now im not sure if that info is 100% true but thats what i got over the years. and i am still doing more research. and soon i am going to pay the big $ to get exact numbers from gm but of course they charge an arm and a leg for everything, so its gonna wait a bit.

i have a production book and the 94 was a half production year on 3400 made
