96 lifters are the same as the 91-95

I dunno who told me otherwise, and claimed to measure them even but I just took a carrier off the 96 head that josh brought me and its identical to all the others. So, the lifters I sell on the store are compatible. The 97 monte carlo did get different lifters so it must have been a 97 that someone else measured. Pretty interesting.

indeed. i was the one of the peeps that might have told you. when i 1st read this, i was like nooo it can't be. but since i had my 96 motor tore down i took a lifter out of the box and sure enough it is 35mm compared to the other lifter i had. it must be a 97 only thing then. go figure huh?

The cam lobe width apears to be about 0.050 narrow also.
