1991 GTP / 1992 Z34 swap info

OK my brother just bought a 1992 z34 with a 5 speed, he wants to swap the tranny into his 91 GTP because his 4th auto is shot again, i just want to make sure that all the pedals and stuff will bolt up to the gtp? im sure they will but i thought i would ask. also im confident that i can do this swap no problem, but does anybody have any heads up i should watch for while doing it? thanks
