Radiator from hell

wtf? this is now my 3rd radiator, these lame ass plastic canosters on these are junk...$200 POS, is there any way of fixing these things myself? i never run hot or anything like that but it seems every winter i have to put in a new radiator, its lifetime guarantee, i just hate swapping it out like a bad habit....

Wow, something isn't right with your setup it sounds like. Are they factory radiators? If I ever need one im gonna avoid the brand you are using it sounds like. You can probably try some epoxy where its cracked, should hold the pressure just fine. I dunno how well the company will like that under warranty though so you may want to check that out first.
