Well this is my best guess as to what happened.

It obviously got water in the intake, there is no indication of a bad head gasket, and the water had no green tint, it was clear. So I am guessing he hydrolocked, drove through a lake or something. Water got into the intake manifold, into the cylinders, and somehow it ran for a few seconds before stopping, allowing water to get out the motor. Then finally the motor couldn't compress the water any more, and blew out a head gasket while destroying at least one rod, as it bent as the motor stalled out, leaking water into the oil, and leaving gnerous amounts of water in the intake/exhaust manifolds, in the cylinders, and everywhere else. My only wtf is that the interior, from the looks of it, never got wet. And that I got the car roughly about 2 weeks after everything happened, the title got salvaged, he collected insurance, it went up for aution, some yard guy bought it, and I bought it from him and tore it apart, just to find it soaking wet.

About pic size, I like them this size, for those who use 1024(most of us), you don't have to scroll, yet they show incredible detail. But I will try and resize them in the future.
Um, I'm at 1280x1024, and even when the window is maximized (which it generally isn't.) I still have to scroll. There ain't no reason to post pics inline bigger than 640x480. If you want to post bigger, put em somewhere else and just post the links to the pics here. Or even (gasp) have a small pic here in the thread as a link to a larger pic!

Well I don't know how to resize them. I take them from the camera, put them in a folder, spend 20 minutes trying to find the folder, put them up at a web hosting thingy, and use the img things to get them here.

I can view the posts, and every word and the edges of the picture, in 1024. You have to scroll over, but once you have, you can see the enitre post.
