How long should i be waiting for my engine mount...

I ordered an FFP mount 3 weeks ago today, i dont have it yet, and i've received no word about it. My visa got charged the day i ordered it so im 100 dollars poorer and have been without an engine mount for 3 weeks. (ya i bought one because mine wore out, not because it was going to add 300hp at the wheels). My Z is hurtin, everytime i shift it jerks and i can just feel the rest of the mounts wearing out.

I live exactly 20.4 hours driving time directly North from their shop/house or whatever it is they work out of. I used maps.yahoo.ca .

Any idea what i should do? Email them and ask them if they shipped it or what?
I've read they dont keep them in stock....

The warranty is almost over and i haven't even received it yet... lol... awesome.

I trust the business completely, and I know the owner. I wouldn't be worried about it, plus the engine mounts are perfect. Just be patient, remember he has to make them so that takes time.

      Dean,

Your package was shipped via USPS Air Mail (insured) because my thermal FedEx printer was down at the time. Check with your local post office to see if they are holding it for some reason. It hasn't come back to me, so i assumed it was delivered. Give me a call and let me know what you find out from the post office on your end. If your package doesn?t show up soon, i will file a claim and ship you out a new mount.

FYI- all parts are always in stock unless otherwise noted on the site (sometimes we run out before the next batch is done).

Thanks Aaron, for backing up my service. Who is your friend with the black Z24? I didn?t think it was you, but he said he had the same cars as you and he had 6 TBs in the back seat. He goes to UCCS.

Alright thankyou very much, I'll contact the post office first thing in the morning and let you know.

I'd just like to clarify that i wasn't trying to sound hostile or anything in my previous post, i was just trying to figure out how long i should wait before emailing, I wasn't sure if 3 weeks was too long or not. Also, i definately trust FFP, i think 7/10 Z34 owners have an FFP product, that tells a person something.

Any chance that FFP will start producing a mandrel CAI system???

            Thanks again

You might wanna try www.tranzgenic.com, they are also in Colorado Springs and I know the owner of them as well. He may not show a kit for our cars, but I'm sure if you offer him money he'll do it. But it will involve relocating the battery.

Wow... colorado springs is the W-body performance center of the world by the looks of it haha. If you ever need a Big Mac, Regina will be happy to serve you, because all we have are fast food restaurants and companies that order in parts.

I check the boards when someone sends me a link i need to look at, but thats about it.

Barely pulled on him my ass. I shifted out of first at 5K. the car doesnt start moving until 4K. If he wants to race he can take it to the track.

                  Dean...

3 weeks is WAY too long. You should have had it in a week. Let me know what you find out.

The guy that runs tranzgenic is a friend of mine, so its not really a coincidence that tranzgenic is also in the Springs.

He doesnt have anything for the W body cars with the 3.4 DOHC.

I made a CAI that has the filter down in the fender and i kept the battery up front in the stock loaction, but i did have to make a new battery hold down and do a little trimming.

Email tranzgenic and see what he says.

Alright i contacted the local post office. They say i can't find out if my package is there without the tracking number. They need a tracking number to track it... So could you send me the tracking number, i guess?
