ok, fuel and oil leak are done but i am still stumped on the trany fluid leak. it appears to be coming from inside the casing. i have a thread posted on this. if i get too fed up though i will take it to the shop for both the leak and the cv boots.

anyway i found out the cause of my tranny fluid leak. it is the front main seal and most likely i will have to pull the engine/tranny again to fix it. but be4 i do. i will move foward with this and get some runs out of it be4 i shelve it for at least 5 months..
i hope people considering engine swaps read this to save them the headaches i am going through.
on the shaft the torque converter slides on there is a seal, lubricate it with grease be4 u put the torque converter back on. when u start it for the 1st it will leak slightly until the grease is gone and then u are good. maybe u use a little tranny fluid but i was told grease.
also i have 2 shots. 1 i am going to buy some stop leak and 2 a friend of mine is going to come over and we are going to try to add a little brake fluid to swell the seal to try and fix it but we have to be precise on the amount he said due to the fact if i add too much i might screw the whole tranny. The Official Rotating Mass Nazi

nothing worked on the seal. i am in conflict about pulling it out again now or saying fuck it and mothball the car until it gets warmer. cause now that is gets cold sooner and less sun i don't have much time to get the work done.
but for all intents and purposes this wite up is done. i am going to drop it on the wheels tomorrow and get a little on-road data. i will take a few more pics, a few short vids, and i will begin the proper write up with pics and vids and when i get done with that i will go to my friends house that has dsl and upload it all to replace this. The Official Rotating Mass Nazi
