3.4 dohc tb options??

I was wondering what tb people go with for the lq1, and how big is the opening on the plenum? Someone said it is 64mm but i want to be sure. If thats the case, i would imagine people use the 65mm tb. If it helps im referring to the 96.

Edit: this is in general because i want to know about the sizes alone, and not the performance benefits.
