What years came with 5 speed?

I am wondering which years of z34, gtp, etc came with the 284 getrag.

I am in the process of putting a crate dohc into a Fiero and I need to know which cars to look for so I can get the stock ecm and wiring for a 5 speed.

Does anybody happen to have any kicking around their garage?

I also need a map or maf sensor (depending on which year of harness I get).

You could always modify an auto harness to work with a 5 speed car (bypass the P/N safety switch, and move the VSS over to the other side), and talk to Ben (sappyse107) on getting a chip that will work in an auto ECM. Autos are far easier to find, and 5 speeds are few and far between.

Hey john, wanna help me wire up the DOHC when I get it in I just got the 3.1 auto out of the car so im gonna start swapping over all the coolant lines, firewall plate, other shit first but ill need some wiring help if you are up for it.

It should take you all of 5 mintues to wire it all up since it's all pretty much the same. just run the alternator wires low and bring up your ECM harness.
