hi guys, is there any info on what is the best way to remove the engine from my 95 gp gtp 3.4 dohc, top or bottom with the cradle?

In a quiet town full of chevy's, you can hear a FORD rust. -
Out the top if you have a engine lift, because out the bottom is a much bigger job, unless you want the tranny out too.1991 Grand Prix STE

no im actually getting a low mileage one 87000kms, runs immaculate. dont wanna spend for a rebuild now. but im keeping the original one for a future rebuild. i just bought this 95 gtp. it has a collapsed piston, the guy didnt take care of the motor. almost no antifreeze in it. its a shame its a mint car.what an
