  • Power Antenna on my '95 GTP

Anyone have any idea where I can find a power antenna for my '95 GTP? I've looked through the local junkyards and they seem to be a popular item. Better yet, which models used the same antennas? I realize this has nothing to do with the DOHC or 60v6 at all.

If you can't find an OEM, why not go aftermarket?

    Buy it now of $22:
    -60v6's 2nd Jon M.
    91 Black Lumina Z34-5 speed
92 Black Lumina Z34 5 speed (getting there, slowly... follow the progress here)
94 Red Ford Ranger 2WD-5 speed

Or take out the power antenna and run a standard one. i have seen alot of cool stuff like Short masts and i have seen like the small rubber ones like the S2000 has. then you never have to worry about it breaking.

AntennaX produces stylish yet functional short antennas and inexpensive OEM quality replacement antenna masts

Here is a vette w/ a shorty antenna (non power) like my roomate has:

here is a acura integra w/ the S2000 conversion.

I have one in my garage I took off a Cutlass. Probably the same thing. Shoot me an offer.

I wanted to make my monte Power antenna, but never got around to it.

After going thru 3 of them over the years I decide to go with a fixed mast. I hardly ever use my antenna anymore now these days though since I've put Sirius in my car 2 years ago.

Yeah, I've gone through two here in MT from the moisture freezing in the mast, stripping the gears, and what not. They're also really finicky on alignment. I'm probably going to put a fixed mast on mine if I decide to keep it.

Yep that's exactly the problem I had with mine all the time.
