Car runs like crap

Ok here is what I scanned when I was ideling at a red light

I have (2) short trim fuels, not sure why, but thats straight from the scanner.

My IGN ADV is -30 @ idle. I dunno if it is supposed to be that high, but the car runs great now!

I ended up re-timing the engine and now it has acceleration like it use too!

Car has great acceleration now! So I think it is all good now! I am just getting a Injector Circuit Control SES now. Not sure what it is though!

Yes, cam timing was off. I don't know why the ignition timing keeps coming up.
