After I did the OBD II I have been recieving a code p0171. Now I did not have this code before I did the swap so something happened when I did the swap or maybe something went bad. So I went online and checked what the code was- lean bank 1. Right off hand I thought it was an 02, so I replaced it. Still came back. So then I disconnected the MAF, the car seemed to run better, and the code went away for 171, but then I got a code 102. Bacically becasue the MAF was not hooked up. So I replaced the MAF with a good working one last night and no codes all last night, then this morning SES light comes on. Some of the sympoms are, jumpy idle when cold and moderate when warm, vacuum is a little lower now at 16, used to be 18 at idle. I also checked the fuel PSI. When I turn the key the PSI goes to 45. Once the pump turns off it goes to 0 in about 10-15 seconds. If I let the car run I get 42 PSI steady. Anyone have any ideas?? I am kinda lost.

Your rail should hold pressure for more than 10-15 seconds. Sounds like you have a full leak somewhere, possibly an injector not fully seating?-Brad-

I talked to shane (REDZMONTE), he was telling me that his does the same thing. I dont smell fuel anywhere and I know its not a leakin injector. Maybe a fuel filter. I have not changed it in awhile, and ran the tank dry once or twice. But I am still getting 42 PSI at idle. I am not exactly sure what it could be, but if I cant figure it out I will take the plenum off and investigate.
Oh can the plenum to LIM gasket be used twice. I used mine over, maybe its leaking a little??

Is there anywhere I can just buy one? Got a part #. I can pick one up tomorrow at the dealership and check the fuel injectors at the same time. There is not much I took off when i did the swap. I will go ahead and check all the vacuum line tonight when the car gets cool.

I am almost 100% sure its a vacuum leak. I drove the car on the highway and pushed the gas down to zero out the vacuum gauge and normally it goes to about 27 or so. I did it and it went to 21. With that said I am going to check over all the vacuum lines tomorrow and also replace the plenum to LIM gasket, I picked up a new one today. I am basically going to check over all the parts that I took off for the OBD II swap.
