Does anyone have a source for .020" rings for the 3.4TDC? I have .020" Silvolite pistons but I need the rings that go with them. Summit has to special order them and they're $125 for the set!! Sizes are 0.5, 0.5, and 4.0. Thanks all.

After calling around and hearing between $110 and $125 from several people I called a place in Texas that has them for $59.00. They can be found at www.newengineparts.com . They build short and long blocks so they get parts at quantity discount pricing. Hastings # was E-548K-020. I picked up an oil pump for $62.00 and a complete engine gasket set for $125.00. Last year I bought a reman crank from them for $222.00 that included a $100 core so it ended up costing only $125 with bearings.85 Fiero GT 3.4TDC w/5-speed in progress

Wow, prices aren't bad. What brand of gaskets were the set? Our local Advance store gets just the head gasket set from Felpro for $118.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.
