id say 210-220 whp but it depends on the dyno and how good that tune really is:P Get me some AF ratios and the dyno results and I can probably tweak it from there for you.

I thought that the 3.4 engine was supposed to have 215 horses stock, is that at the crank, or have I been reading wrong info on several other web sites?

ok ill get as much as i can get. my 3.4L has 210 hp stock at te crank, the 5 speed motor has 10 hp more, we are talking about wheel hp here, its always lower. Ben what is 210-220 whp roughly in crank hp? i dont know how to calculate the crank hp from the wheels.

That's pretty much my old setup verbatim, except I have Borla Pro XS mufflers and no cat. I made 212.6 WHP and 216 WTQ.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

Shh! Thats how I came up with my guess:P

~15% loss from the manual trans, supposedly. I don't know for sure what that is crank off the top of my head.

ok i dynoed it today, something is jacked up with the dyno though, first vehicle that we tested was a 95 gmc sierra with a 350 with quite a bit of work done to it and it dynoed 121 hp at the wheels and 478ft.lbs/tq??? that doesnt make any sense. so then i ran mine on the dyno and mine had 151hp and 448 ft. lbs/tq ???? once again makes no sense. my car was just smoking the tires off on the dyno, as soon as i shifted through the gears and got the go ahead to stomp it, i let her rip and the tries started smoking and throwing rubber chunks off my $1000 tires , it nailed the redline and the tires had to catch up. then the dyno operator says, " well those numbers arnt right" he said its because its set up for diesel trucks. so there gonna try and set it up for fwd v6 cars. he said if he can than it will work alot better, i guess being set up for a diesel just made it read totally wrong

No, that sounds right. j/k. wtf is up with the dyno operator? Setup for a diesel? Smoking your tires on the dyno? I honestly wouldn't put my car back on there after all that.

Hmm... That sounds a bit shady. I managed to put down over 400 whp on snow tires on a Dynojet with minimal slippage. On Dyno Dynamics dynos, people routinely dyno 1000 whp cars with no wheel slippage.

Did he have the RPM pickup setup correctly? Check his RPM readout. I'll bet it's off by at least 50%.

sounds to me that it had too heavy of a drum or the dyno brake was one or something. you tires should not have been spinning. but 478lbs of Tq are nice #'s lol should post that up! most tq NA!!! yeah i really want to see your #'s cause short of your ported heads, your setup is close to my monte.
