I don't know of any kits. I would just get the parts seperate that you want, such as rings, pistons, bearings, complete gasket set. Are you planning on assembling the engine yourself or have a machine shop build up the whole thing/bottom end?

well that is kinda what i was wondering. i dont know where to get all the stuff i need. i know felpro makes a headgasket kit and such.

Im planning on doing as much as i can. I may just tear it down to the heads and leave the pistons alone. I just worry about the headgaskets and o-ring. Then i may start a performance rebuild when i get more money on my other motor.

      thanks for reply.

If you aren't going to mess with the bottom end, then all you need is the top end gasket set from felpro. 107 bucks at advance auto, and it has everything you need, even the O ring. There is however a better O ring that takes high temps that I would use instead of the black o ring (high temp is brown).
