    Finally, finish to put it togeter. block was sleeved and bore to 0.20 over.
    new pistons and rings, polish crank, head redone,guides,seats valves seals, timing chain, gasket and seal all over. And its running perfect.
    By the way , the crank sensor plug in is the same as the speed sensor don t mix them up, it will cause a no spark condition.Found out the hard way.
    91 cutlas int, 3.4lt alive again
    89 cutlas int 2.8lt.

      yes, while the engine was out, I unplug the speed sensor to clean and replace the plastic cover ,and I replug the wrong one to the speed sensor ,and as i drop the engine in I plug the crank sensor and alternatorand,and nock sensor.After finding the problem it started right up ran rought for a few minute and then went smooth.
      75 kms so far and everything is A1.
      91 cutlas int, 3.4lt alive again
      89 cutlas int 2.8lt.
