New to this cool board !!!!

Im new to the board. My name is Don . I just got a 1993 lumina z34 red, it has 67k on it this guy i got it off of kept it in great shap . I payed 2,800 for it. I was wondering what differt cars they put the the 3.4 dohc motors in and do they still use this motor ?

91-96 Grand Prix, 91-97 Lumina/Monte Carlo, 91-dunno Cutlass Supreme. They stopped using it in 97.

Yes Lyle , I work as a mechanic for a landscaping company . We have a fleet of 87 trucks . I have my owen tools and i have a snap on scanner . Im waiting to sell my 94 sunbird before i put the z34 on the road . We have salt all over the roads here i Michigan so im not in a hurry to sell the car. The roads here suck , lots of pot holes this time of the year.

I have only put 300 miles on the sunbird . I bought it 6 weeks ago to go back and forth to work. Then my buddys freind was selling the z 34 and i fell in love with it and picked it up for a good price . It has been garge keeped when not driven. No dents and i didnt see any scratches on it . The guy i got it from was in his 50tys so i no the car hasnt been beet on .And i have all the papers on the things that have been done Alt. timing belt has 10k on it et. i thout that is cool as hell !!!
