  • 3500 P&P?

i was wondering if you will be offering any P&P work for the 3500 heads or manifolds, im very interested in the performance of these parts but from what ive seen modified 3400 heads and manifolds still outflow them

also, is there a solution for the 3x00 fuel rail clearance problem anywhere in the near future?

Yes, I will be adding the ported 3500 heads and lower intake maniflds after I do more testing. The lower intake is a new design and gasket match doesn't seem to be the answer so I have to do more testing.

If you are talking about the MMS stage 3 stuff, who cares. Velocity means a lot and the 3500 heads flow excellent with good velocity characteristics stock. Hogging out the 3400 heads to try and compete with flow numbers alone is a poor way to go about modifying your 60V6. You want velocity, and you also have manifolds being bolted to the heads that will restrict the flow. What god is head flow if the entire system doesn't support it. Hence the lower lifts means a lot more, not only because they aren't outflowing the manifolds, but because of the piston speed at those lifts creating more depression/more flow through the head than if you had less flow there and more flow where the depression is lower in the running engine.

I need to ask marc how the fuel rail piece is coming.

i may be wrong on this but i thought i saw that out of your products (i perfer your stuff over what ive seen by far, this coming from a guy who works at a machine/speed shop)

what about the upper intake though? any plans for that?

I have a 3500 upper on the store already though I need to add the 3500 gasket match option to it since it needs more or a 3500 lower vs the 3400 lower. I have a complete 3500 manifold port set on the store now with the flowsheet using stock heads.

I also have the brackets for the FPR now but I need to test fit.

Any update on this? I want to buy some 3500 heads and have them ported by the end of January. Hopefully you can do it.

Im pretty much done with the basic NA and boost applications. Its the more in depth stuff that I am not...and will require some vehicle testing to get what I want. I will need a good test vehicle for this so I am going to work on that soon. Im confident that what I have will be impressive compared to what is available currently anyway. Porting prices will be on the store next week for heads.

I don't see the ported heads on the store yet.

I have the porting as options on the new cylinder heads. I don't have the flow/cc measurements yet but i know what I am doing now for the street and boost porting. I am still working on a secret project but the options I have now should fit most applications.
