Ah. Probably not much over 60 as they'd run out of material...

zofo: Since it's bored, it might actualy be worth something unless you want the extra flow of 5-7mm! In that case I might be interested in buying the rsm from you. Either way the 65mm TCE TB would look nicer and flow better. The 65mm TCE unit would not need any modifiying to fit onto the 3500 adapter and utilize the o-rings it has.

I measured my RSM TB to be an actual 61mm.

My old rsm TB I sold was also actually 61mm. I decided to change to the bigger one for the extra flow, better looking, and mainly because I wanted a round air horn instead of oval to make it easier to attach a CAI.

bit off topic... Ben, would it be possible for me to get a new throttle plate for my 65mm TB? I kept having problems with it sticking open slightly and idling high. Took the TB off like 10 times to sand and adjust the plate. Last time it was almost perfect but would still stick unless I revved the engine several times until it returned to zero or I had to get out, open the hood, and push the shaft in. It seemed to have some side to side play for some reason and kept wanting to move out. Was more than a minor annoyance so I took it out again and just sanded a little off the side that was scraping... now it seems like it has too much space around it. Returns to zero every time but I can't get my idle under 1400rpm.

It shouldn't have any problems at all because they are CNC cut with the angles in them to seal as well as possible. I had that problem before I knew what was going on and ground one down to almost work, like you have done.

PM me your address and I will send you another plate.
