    We are going with the superflow 5" bolt pattern on a 4.75" bore. This will allow us to create head adapters with the proper bore for each engine to go inside the bench, and purchase adapters if feasible for more common engines.

    This is a Briggs 5hp bench adapter setup. Since it uses a flathead, you have to flow through the bore of the engine.

      That's pretty much how i had pictured it, now i just need to get my bench working again and build the adapter.
