I rebuilt my Casper adjustable one by buying a stock fuel pressure regulator and cutting off the top of it. I removed the adjustable top off the bad one by removing the three screws that hold it on. I then drilled the new one for the screws and put the adjustable top on the new one and it worked perfectly. All those TCE AFPR is a machined top on a stock fuel pressure regulator. You should be able to take it apart pretty easily.

i fixed it. i took it apart and found out the pressure plate is a penny. the pressure screw poked a hole through the penny so i replaced it with a quarted instead. problem solved1999 Grand Am SC/T - 301HP, 365TQ - ARP Rod Bolts, ARP Oil Pan Bolts, ARP Head Studs, Mild Cam, 3500 Heads w/28696 Springs, Ported 3500 LIM & 3400 UIM, GT32R @ 12PSI, Rebuilt Trans, 42.5 Injectors, Racetronix Fuel Pump, TCE Adjustable FPR, SC/T Kit, SC/T Spoiler, Shaved Trunk, WOT-Tech Coil Overs, Solid Rear Laterals w/Poly Bushings, Control Arms w/Poly Bushings, Poly Engine & Trans Mounts, Front & Rear Strut Braces

Wow its a penny? I can't believe they didn't just machine a plate. That is a good idea though about the quarter. I can't remember how mine was so I might have to pull it apart and look while it's off the car.
