So i guess i know why you sold me your old cam then??
I had two projects going for the longest time, one was going to be a performance build and the other an MPG build. I sold the car that was going to be the MPG mule and was going to stick with the performance build. Then I was having issues with my daily driver (dodge neon) and pretty much sold everything off to fund a new vehicle with the plan to put the grand am that is torn down in the garage back together with a stock 3500. With the way the used car market is I fixed my daily driver and I found the TOG headers for $350 and got the MPG Cam from Ben. Not enough time or money to do everything I want to, so I figure I might as well stick with the cheaper route and get a little more performance with a little better fuel economy.
"The world's best cam combined with a poor set of heads will produce an engine that's a dog. But bolt on a set of great heads even with a poor cam, and that engine will still make great power." ~John Lingenfelter
10-12 city and 30-35 highway with my 3500 in the old Z24 (5 speed, 3.61 FDR)... highway spark was a little past 40 degrees, LCM was enabled but the AFR's hovered in the low 16's during it's on-time. If i had a little less cam the city MPG would be much better.
