Can you install the arp head studs with the engine still in the vehicle? Kinda doubt the rear heads will clear with the studs installed, but can I install the studs with the heads on the block?

A year and i'm finally getting around to doing this.. not bad.
Anyways, could I get the torque spec on the studs and the specs for the nuts? You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

do not torque the studs into the block, just go hand tight with the allen key. The Nuts I've been using 75ftlbs by using ARP's specs on the stud size and thread.
Got Lope?

Cool. And with how long you've ran your engine without problems i'm not too concerned with mine. Last question.. 75 in 1 pass or did you break it up into 2-3 passes? so 30-50-75, etc.?You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

Awesome, if you could verify if it's 84 sometime this week i'd appreciate it . And Do you put the moly lube on the threads going into the block and for the nuts, or just for the nuts? You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

The moly lube can go on both ends, but since you aren't torquing the stud into the block, that isn't necessary. The nut end is where you want it for accurate torque readings.
Torque each nut to 25 ft lbs
repeat to 60 ft lbs
repeat to 82 ft lbs
That is the method we use, though you will likely find that you need to go through the procedure multiple passes to get them all to the same reading before moving on.Ben

This was the info I got from them when I sent ARP an e-mail back before you carried these Ben. I used 70-75 ft-lbs when I did mine.
