Wish I could lend a hand, or a car, to help with that. I wish the N-body crowd had the same following (in some aspects) as the L and J body group.

ben, i'd go with the equal length headers. i do like how your offering coating at no extra cost, and trust me at the price your having them at now, is still alot cheaper than S&S. i would consider offering as a package, SS 2.5" downpipe with a magnaflow highflow cat. i would be allllll over that.

We can make them out of SS if you don't mind paying the extra. They would be about $800-900 as a guestimate, maybe a little more if it included a cat.

sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

Yes, we have a local car. Just trying to get all the duck's in a row as far as proper equipment to speed up the process. I was making them one set at a time using an angle grinder and belt sander to cut the pipes, but recently purchased a band saw so it can be more of an assembly line. Blades should be here any day, then it's time to rock and roll!

Yea im interested to see what you come out with. This could be i big hitting point with this crowd if done correctly and nicely. Showing power number also would be a plus seeing how everyone is asking about the new pacesetter headers and what numbers they are producing

I really wanna see these go into production, but I'm not in a rush. If they cost $600+ I don't mind because I know they're going to be high quality headers. Unfortunately I don't have the cash right now, but I will be buying them if they're out next year.
