    Im working as fast as I can. If anyone has a spare piston or 2 from a 3400/3500 etc let me know. This isnt even an official teaser though....teasers normally have pics or a vid. sorry. I will def get pics as soon as i get anything in, but i dont know eta yet.

              Steel... will they still be lighter than the stock ones? I'm assuming it would be due to just size difference alone, but going from the cast to aluminum is a big jump, I can't imagine you can obtain the same difference with steel.

                Most of them are steel, and an SFI would def have to be steel. But even with being being underdriven in steel, they are normally lighter than stock in a regular ratio, and underdriven will be that much less mass to move

                      fwiw this one seems to be the easiest mod worth the most power without compromising drivability if you go with the 10%....IF they look at making a 25% i would either get a higher outpul alt or go with an overdriven alt pulley and if possible a waterpump pulley as well. on some autos with alot of stereo equip, it can be a drain sometimes on the cooling and charging system. for normal DDs i would go 10% all the way, for a more race inspired car 25% would be most effective.

                        that's why 18% is perfect. simply raise the idle ~100 rpm, and that counter acts the low alt output at idle.

                              too bad they are in australia. hah. well they are either 25 or 10 % take it or leave it. personally ill take a 10%. good enough for me...along with the ARP Crank Bolt....
