25% and make the matching set for those that want either stock or the 10% equivalent. That might be feasible?

Well they only make balancers. Anything else would have to be made somewhere else

How's this project coming? Is there an ETA on them or is it still a few months away.

Sure, we can have someone else make the other pullies. If FFP was 18% then I would say 25% is the way to go.

Check with MRZ for the Alternator pulley... I'm sure he can alter this design to fit other applications or to make it smaller if possible.

As far as the waterpump goes... IIRC thats wrapped around the housing and there is like 1/16 gap between the pulley and housing so I doubt that pulley can be remade smaller in any way...

plus, at higher RPM's doesn't our pump tend to start cavitating anyway? slowing it down some more than likely isn't going to hurt anything. if anything the fan will just cycle a bit more often.

As long as it's not too slow so that idle/cruise is affected. Some 3100 automatic cars cruise 70mph at 2000 RPM. (my car)

Ok, so there is a slight snag. I need to get my hands onto an FFP underdrive pulley. Maybe the drawings for it as well. Because they are having trouble finding out what to do with the exciter ring, if they can make it smaller/reuse it, or whatnot. SO....any info would be appreciated. The drawings/pulley will not be distributed to anyone other than directly to the engineers at Powerbond.

for the non-sfi guys, we dont need the ring. should be an cost option for the rings since alot of us dont need it. just food for thought.
