  • Turbo Cams

I have been playing with the cams in dynomation and here are some results. The duration is going to be a little lower than these specs since they are meant for V8 sized lobes.

    Cam 1 260/260 206/206 .480/.480 108 ICL 108 LSA -3000-6500 powerband
    Cam 2 260/260 206/206 .533/.533 108 ICL 108 LSA -3000-6500 powerband
    Cam 3 278/289 216/240 .517/.568 113 ICL 114 LSA - 4500-7500 powerband

The first one peaks at 6000 but doesn't drop very much till after 7500. The second and third also peak at 6000 but have much better low end (2000-3500) and drop off after 6500. Using more boost or a large (gt40) turbo will carry it better to 7000 and then drop off. The third is really the same as the second but with less lift and less overall power. Still a good cam, especially for LS6 springs

Here are some comparisons with graphs.

Ive done so many different cam specs lately that I lost track of the specific one you are asking about.
