great, try these configurations. the test car would be my 96 ga gt 3100. stock ported heads, 01 malibu uim, and lower intake manifold, 96 pcm & injectors, exhaust system planned to be redone

    type 1 // .394 intake lift/.410 exhaust lift. intake duration is 276.
    196 degrees @.050. exhaust duration 293. 203 degrees @.050. lobe centerline 114

    type 2// .427 intake lift/.454 exhaust. intake 204 degrees @.050. exhaust 216 degrees @.050 lobe separation is 107

type 3// same as above with 112 lobe separation.

thanks, just curious to see what these would produce......

It will probably end up closer to 220/220 duration but that grind can be done. Its 300 plus shipping for any cam with grind on the store.

I have the new spec sheet with more grinds available. I made a spreadsheet in excel for now so that everyone can read it.

on those cam specs, can they adjust lift on a certain grind, say you want the 1312 grind to have more intake lift, can they do that?

I will have to ask on the specifics per grind. I know there is a limit with how much they can go depending on the duration and LSA change.

well there isnt any LSA change and the dur isnt much either with the 1312 grind being 112 LSA, 206/210 on dur, its not much, i just want about .500 lift on int and the .507 on ext. just to up the breathing a bit more on the intake, up from .475

I called them today and its a no go on custom specs. They have to have a master to copy so it will be about 800 to add my own custom grinds Sucks cause I have the perfect boost cam designed but I can't get it ground unless I had enough interest to make a batch of them.

powerband id like decent low end and a good top end so it wont fall on its face before 6k. cant really see a reason to go above that.
as for redline ill stick with the stockish redline.

I left my USB key at the machine shop, but I will run some simulations tomorrow. I think I know which grind for that but I didnt write it down when I was messing with it originally.
