Nvm, figured it out. I have a question about the crank trigger though, for when I get it that is. How do you line up the trigger in relation to where the engine is. I know that it will need to be lined up so that it will send the right signal at the right time to fire at the right time.

Well I finished the swap. Just waiting for a crank trigger to be available. I didn't need to space the A/C bracket. I just installed the two upper bolts then loosened them enough so that I could move the compressor downwards and line up the bottom bolt. After I got it tightened down, I just tightened the upper two back up. It sits flush with block, so there was no need for me to get a bigger belt. I got one for a grand am and it fits perfectly.

a guy contacted me who was doing the swap and offered to sell me the trigger he had. He said it was going to be a few weeks before he had it done and he had read that
I was done with the swap except for the trigger. He said he had no problem waiting until TCE had some new ones, which is only a couple more weeks.
And yeah, I don't know whats going on over at mpracing. I got my refund after fileing a claim with pay-pal but it was still really inconvenient.

I know this is an old thread, but thanks for the info guys.... and especially to boomofdoom88 for the very detailed photographs which helped me a bunch to better understand the sensor differences between the 3400 & 3500 engines. I'm doing a 3400-3500 engine swap on my 1999 GA and have the 3500 motor but haven't ordered the swap kit. Looks like I'll be buying some parts from Milzy Motorsports and some from WOT-Tech. I'm sure I'll have more questions as my project progresses.
