GM has recently released their 2012 Product Guide, which details all of the engines and transmissions used in production vehicles, as well as the specs of the engines. Several years ago, we used to outline these updates, but have been lacking in getting the information out for the past few years. In an effort to try to keep the site up on the most recent releases from GM, I am trying to get this information back into articles again. With that said, on to the information.

Highly doubtful. I bet GM just wants to forget the LQ1.

The integrated exhaust manifolds is a no-go for me. I would prefer the LLT. Have several Chevettes and ready for a swap. The thing I'm trying to sort out is the difference between the FWD and RWD versions of the LLT; the FWD being more available. Anybody know?
