  • 2022 - Now with SSL and checking emails!

Brad updated the software and the SSL cert, so this site is now ready for action! If you tried to make an account and never got an email to verify, send an email to admin @ 60degreev6.com. Yahoo blocks us, Gmail sends us to spam. If you want an email to go through, use your service providers email or setup gmail to accept emails from 60degreev6.com.

The odd part of this SSL is that if you get here from google, it isn't secure and if you manage to get to the page, it will error out when you try to go to page 2 or 3 of a thread. Type in the URL to the site and its perfect. Something is going on with translating to SSL/HTTPS is my only guess right now.

Is it because the Google result is from before the SSL?

I only have the Camaro 3.1 for testing, so there are a lot of options not currently covered. The test head is here should I come across any other setups.

Might be a work in progress? Lets just get started and see where it goes. 28", 3.700" bore. PAP % 100cfm +5% 200cfm +1% 300cfm +1%

Starting off with the bare head, using clay to bellmouth the port inlet.

Next we will put the intake manifolds on, with the throttle body and all vac ported blocked and untested ports taped off. This shows flow distribution between all runners.

This is the comparison sheet for the middle port using...

  • Getting an error? Please post a reply here.
    by SappySE107
I have had some pages tell me it can't be loaded and to contact an admin. Couldn't even get to them from the admin panel. Poked around a bit, changed the order of the articles, and then the articles that wouldn't load simply weren't on the list. AWESOME! but wait, a refresh on the browser and now they all work. HA! I had just updated some of them a couple days ago so I currently have no idea what this is about, but if you have that or anything else give an error, please let me know here.

  • Using an adjustable pushrod for lifter preload
    by SappySE107
Our engines use non adjustable rocker arms, so pushrod length is import to lifter preload, which is important for performance. Incorrect preload does change power on the dyno, or in extreme cases, the ability to run well or at all.

There are 2 options for the adjustable pushrods, a shorter option custom made for wot-tech for use on 3100/3400/3500 LX9 engines. These measure below 5.700", which is very short for an automotive engine. The other option is a Comp pushrod that measures...

    by SappySE107
Brad got the site up and running again and its finally responsive again! I will be spending some time creating articles based on what I used to have on the old WOT-Tech site before going to Square, as well as posting some more dyno results as we get them @ R&R Motorsports. Still working on what isn't working still, like the avatars, but most seems to be working. Any issues, please post on the forum, or respond to this article....
