    .001" oversized main bearings?

I know they have 'em for the SBC, but what about us 60º V6 guys? I'm sitting @ .003" main bearing clearance across the board, and would like something a little better, without cutting the crank

I thought oversize were smaller to make up for the crank journals being cut down.

i believe he meant to say undersized bearings, taking up the slack for the lil bit of wear on the crank..

Clevite has .25mm, .50mm, .75mm, an 1mm undersize bearings with a part number of: MS2037P

            Does that help?

You guys are right, undersized bearings! I think of them as 'oversized' because the bearing is .001" thicker than stock

Main Bearing Clearance for an LH0 motor is 0.0012 - 0.0030", so I'm on the outer limit right now. That's why I'm looking for some .001" bearings. That would be like a .025mm bearing

Currently using standard sized MS2073P Clevites.

OMFG - THEY MAKE .001" UNDERSIZED BEARINGS FOR A BUICK 3.0L?! I've never even HEARD of this motor - yet they have undersized bearings? I'm going to keep looking...

i think its like an uber-destroked 3.8, or smaller bores.

btw it may have been .003 bearings i saw, but im pretty sure it was .001
