the Gen 3 into a Jbody is more documented than any other platform, All the parts you need are available as people are still completing this swap quite often.

You'd have to use the gen 3 timing cover with the gen 3 power steering pump but your stock alternator bracket and alternator will fit fine. Heater core lines from a 3100 Beretta/Corsica fit perfect but you will need to tap the lower hole in the LIM for the one, that takes all of 5 minutes though. 92-94 V6 coolant bottle, 92-94 V6 lower radiator hose, 99 Montana hose for the upper, 94-96 Beretta/Corsica throttle cable or a cable from a 2.2 Cavalier.

There is a custom front mount needed, daveycav90 on v6z24 sells one that looks pretty good. Also, there are plans in pdf format that you could give to a local fab shop and they'll be able to make one for you. The trans mount and rear mount all fit in stock form. Also a few small wiring changes, you need to move the knock sensor wire to the front of the block (there is enough in the harness to reach) and the coilpacks mount in a better spot so the CPS wire gets routed differently.

Your current exhaust manifold /turbo setup will bolt up just like it sits.

1989 Camaro RS; Cammed 3500 swap, 45mm ITB's, Street/Strip Kitted 700R4, 3500 stall, Megashifter, 3.73 posi, EQ- LT headers, 2.25" True Duals, X pipe, etc...

Yes, not by much though. The reservoir is smaller and there might be some other small changes. The gen 2 one is too wide, it hits the gen 3 plenum.

Yes, the bolt spacing is the same however the port is smaller.. still works though. I ran gen 2 manifolds on a stock 3400 for a while and it still ran pretty good.
