How much that cost to make your Own headers?. I want to make my own headers on my 3.4 J-body. but I know nothing! How much can cost to me?

probably not much less than the cost of buying a set already made... the thing is though, in my case no-one makes nice headers for a Fiero that aren't crazy $$$ I know some people like the truleo headers, but from the pics I have seen, they look like junk...

Yeah the Trueleo headers seem like good quality to me (and Francis is a great guy to work with to get them how you want) but the welds are a bit ugly. I have to say though that my 3400 sounds great with them and I didn't have to make them myself.

for me, it was more than just the welds, it was also the way the collectors were designed, that being said, I have no idea how much the truleos cost, I just know the stuff from west coast fiero is insane $$$

IIRC it cost me between 400 and 500 to build my longtubes and have them ceramic coated, shorties are a bit less and fit better but you don't get the full benefits with them.

1989 Camaro RS; Cammed 3500 swap, 45mm ITB's, Street/Strip Kitted 700R4, 3500 stall, Megashifter, 3.73 posi, EQ- LT headers, 2.25" True Duals, X pipe, etc...

I ended up with about $275 in my turbo header setup. I bought the bends and the collectors and then made my own flanges for the turbo and heads. Used a metal cutting bandsaw and TIG weld everything.

All mild steel, did not do stainless.
