Just wanted to give an update. Still tuning, haven't upgraded the injectors or pump yet so it's still at 5PSI and it leans out at WOT. The trans is starting to slip as well so it's time to upgrade that.
Here a video of my trip to the track to do my WOT. My brother wanted to me to get a video of his truck backfiring when it shifts so I stayed back long enough to catch then caught up to him at the line. You can also hear the trans slip halfway through the run.

Regarding the lean fueling, you could get a rising rate FPR. As boost comes in the fuel pressure goes up, countering the leaning out.
Congrats on the turbo....lots of fun they are.

The FPR is part of the pump and sender unit in the tank so I just ordered larger injectors and a new pump. That should take care of the fueling.
I was also able to raise the trans shift times and pressure so now it doesn't slip.

cool man, I was impressed with how raising the ATF pressure made my 4t60e pull harder and shifts had more grab-n-go.
New injectors and a better pump, yeah, that'll do it all right. A cap full of top-end cleaner per tank full of gas does well to counter act the dry ethanol in the fuel. And will help keep the new fueling system clean for years to come. i think BP already adds something similar to their fuel.
Do you have stock fuel lines still? I had to upgrade to a larger line, had very slight pressure loss at the top-end/high rpm range in boost. Putting in a 3/8" ID really helped that a lot.
My fuel pressure jumped from 45 ish psi to 65psi at idle after the line swap.

I have a shift kit in it, but it felt nothing like changing the pressure and time. SO much better.
For normal day to day driving I run premium and E85 only at the track. I have tunes for both. Still running the stock fuel lines. Might just have to upgrade the lines while I'm at it lol.

I'm surprised I haven't updated the thread.
Been running the new pump and injectors for a while now. Everything works great but still doing the fine tuning.

I tried to keep everything in the engine bay but it's getting way to hot. Also the turbo I have is too small and it's getting over worked. I'm going to rip it all down and start over. Was thinking of seeing about replacing the cam and upgrading to studs. Ideas?
